Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to convert qualified leads into successful sales, conduct client meetings and site visits, and achieve monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills with prior experience in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle qualified leads generated by the Inside Sales team.
- Conduct client meetings and property presentations.
- Organize and conduct site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable investment opportunities.




- Negotiate pricing and close sales effectively.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Ensure regular follow-ups to maximize lead conversion.
- Update CRM with accurate customer interactions and sales progress.
- Coordinate with the marketing and inside sales teams to improve conversions.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Customer-focused and target-driven.
- Experience in handling residential plots or real estate projects will be preferred.
- Proficient in CRM usage and Microsoft Office.
- Graduation preferred.
