Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support the organization's financial operations. The ideal candidate should have solid analytical skills and proficiency in accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Prepare and record journal entries.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Process payroll and ensure timely salary payments.
- Calculate and file GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns (as applicable).
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
- Monitor cash flow and maintain expense records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Required Qualifications:




- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience (or as required).
- Knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime, Busy, or other accounting software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with financial reporting and budgeting.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers may apply if specified)

Salary: As per company standards / Based on experience

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
