Role Overview

As a QA Tester - AI Agents, you will be responsible for ensuring our AI agents deliver reliable, accurate, and high-quality experiences before production deployment. You will work closely with Product, Growth, and Engineering teams to validate conversational flows, test complex user scenarios, identify defects, and continuously improve agent performance and release quality.

Key Responsibilities

· Design and execute test scenarios across conversation flows, user journeys, and edge cases.

· Validate response accuracy, context retention, business logic, and compliance with requirements.

· Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and UAT testing for AI agents.





· Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through closure.

· Prepare and maintain test cases, test reports, and release sign-offs.

· Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to drive continuous improvements in agent quality and reliability.

Knowledge & Skills

· Understanding of AI agents, chatbots, and conversational workflows.

· Robust analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

· Ability to think from an end-user perspective and anticipate diverse scenarios and failure cases.

· Familiarity with QA tools such as Jira and Postman, with a basic understanding of APIs and JSON.

· Exposure to GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering, or conversational AI testing is preferred.

· Strong communication and documentation skills.
