Role : Engineering Support - Soldering
Roles and Responsibility
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone,email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related toSoldering products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify andimplement solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge basearticles.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops on Solderingtechnologies and best practices.
- Analyze customer feedback and recommend product improvements.
Experience 3-8 yrs of exp in soldering
Education ITI/Diploma in Electronics background
Mandatory skill set : Soldering, Rework, PCBs, ICs packaging, BGA and SMB Components.
Experienced in BGA components with Various IC packaging Soldering process .
