Robust experience in HR analytics, MIS reporting, and workforce insights
• Advanced proficiency in *Python* for data analysis and automation
• Expertise in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
• Ability to build and maintain HR MIS reports with high accuracy and timeliness
• Solid understanding of HR KPIs such as attrition, hiring efficiency, headcount, and productivity metrics
