About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented marketing professional to execute offline marketing initiatives across our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in OOH media planning and execution, print production, vendor management and on-ground event activation, ideally from Event Management Companies.

The role requires strong coordination, negotiation and project management skills to ensure seamless execution of all offline marketing activities while maintaining quality, timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

OOH Media Management
- Identify, evaluate and recommend strategic OOH sites across key markets based on business objectives.
- Conduct regular market surveys to identify current branding opportunities and assess competitor presence.
- Manage end-to-end execution of OOH campaigns including hoardings, kiosks, transit media, gantries, bus shelters, etc.
- Coordinate with media owners and vendors for site bookings, artwork release, installation and maintenance.




- Negotiate commercial terms with media partners to optimize costs and maximize ROI.
- Conduct periodic site inspections to ensure visibility, quality and timely upkeep of branding assets.
- Maintain a repository of OOH inventory, campaign photographs and performance reports.

Print Production & Collateral Management
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies and printers for production of brochures, leaflets, standees, banners and other marketing collaterals.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality control of all print materials.
- Manage vendor relationships for print production and procurement.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate rates and ensure cost-effective production.
- Monitor inventory and availability of all marketing collaterals across project sites and sales offices.

Event Management
- Coordinate with event agencies, fabrication partners and other stakeholders for seamless execution.
