Role Overview:

The incumbent will design and develop Qualification Files, Model Curriculum, assessment structures, learning outcomes and academic documentation aligned to NCVET, NSQF and NCrF requirements. This role converts market demand into approved, sellable qualifications. Its output directly gates the Awarding Body's ability to sign partners and certify learners, which makes first-pass approval rate, not volume alone, the metric that matters.

Key Responsibilites:
- Develop Qualification Files, Model Curriculum and assessment documents per NCVET guidelines.
- Align qualifications to NSQF/NCrF levels, National Occupational Standards and industry requirements.
- Maintain conversance with NCVET LTT - Diploma approvals and rollouts.
- Create question banks, item sets, learning outcomes and assessment blueprints.
- Engage industry experts for course review and validation.




- Coordinate submissions and clarifications with NCVET, Clients and the SQAC-MSU.
- Research emerging job roles and recent-age sectors for the qualification roadmap.
- Maintain version control, academic documentation and audit-ready records.
- Mentor the Academic Executive and interns on framework compliance.

Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Management, Skill Development or a related field.
- 4-5 years in curriculum, content or qualification development.
- Direct NCVET / NSQF qualification development experience strongly preferred.
- Deep working knowledge of NCVET, NSQF and NCrF frameworks and National Occupational Standards.
- Familiarity with NCVET LTT-Diploma approvals and rollouts required.
