Designation: - IT Executive.

Qualification: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science.

Experience: - min 6 Months to 1-year Experience in IT support or systems administration.

Location: - Nagpur.

Salary: - 12K to 15K per Month.

Skills: - Deep understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), network protocols, and firewall management.

Responsibilities: -

· Assist staff with hardware, software, and network-related issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring productivity.

· Install, configure, and maintain laptops, workstations, printers, servers, and peripherals.

· Oversee LANs, WANs, VPNs, and ensure continuous internet connectivity and server room operations.

· Implement cybersecurity protocols, enforce password policies, and run routine system backups to prevent data loss.

· Collaborate with external vendors and ISPs to resolve specialized IT issues and manage software licenses.

· Manage corporate email accounts, video conferencing platforms, and internal enterprise resource planning system.

Pay: ₹12,000.25 - ₹15,000.39 per month
