Job Summary

We are hiring experienced professionals for the Upstream Process Development team within a leading Biopharmaceutical R&D; organization. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture, bioreactor operations, and biologics/biosimilar process development.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and execute upstream process development experiments.
- Perform mammalian cell culture activities, including media preparation, cell expansion, and process optimization.
- Execute shake flask and bioreactor studies for process development and scale-up.
- Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and prepare technical reports.




- Support technology transfer and scale-up activities from laboratory to pilot scale.
- Prepare and review process documentation, SOPs, batch records, development reports, and protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Analytical, Downstream, Manufacturing, QA, QC, and Engineering.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, quality systems, and documentation practices.
- Monitor equipment performance and maintain accurate laboratory records.
