Khan This role sits within Khan Academy India's Schools Team, which partners with government school systems and has reached 2 million learners across 65,000+ schools, aiming to expand to over 5 million learners in five years.

Role

Khan Academy India is looking for a passionate individual to join the growing Schools Team as a Project Lead consultant, supporting the programme with the government school system in Uttar Pradesh. Based in Lucknow, the role will work with the Regional Head, North, driving implementation of the Khan Academy programme in collaboration with the Department of School Education, Lucknow,



and closely with Content, Partner Operations, Teacher Professional Development, and Data and Efficacy teams.

Responsibilities
- Support programme implementation, working with the Regional Head, North, and state nodal officer of the Department of School Education
- Take ownership of work streams and deliver on pre-agreed goals
- Deliver and support training to education officials and teachers on a regular basis
- Follow up on training implementation to identify insights and challenges for continuous improvement
- Build and maintain robust relationships with nodal officers, state resource persons, district-level officers, and school stakeholders
- Gather data-backed insights to support programme and partner decision-making
- Conduct regular field visits (3-4/week) to generate insights that increase adoption and usage
- Document all state discussions in a standard format and keep internal and ext
