Role Description
The Software Tester at Kraya AI is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role involves designing, executing, and documenting test cases for web and AI-powered sales products, ensuring they meet functional, performance, and usability requirements. The Software Tester will work closely with developers, product managers, and quality assurance colleagues to identify defects, analyze root causes, and validate fixes.



Day-to-day responsibilities include performing manual and automated tests, reporting and tracking issues, maintaining test documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of testing processes and standards. The individual in this role will help ensure that all solutions deployed to clients are reliable, high-quality, and aligned with business expectations.

Qualifications
- 0-1 years of experience with Software Testing or Software Development
- Candidates should possess robust Software Testing and Quality Assurance skills to validate product functionality and reliability.
- Candidates should possess Test Execution and Test Cases skills to plan, run, and document structured tests.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret results, identify issues, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with manual and basic automated testing tools and frameworks is beneficial.
