Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
- Ensure smooth coordination and communication between different departments and locations.
- Monitor Clinical performance & quality, business performance, financial targets, and operational KPIs across all entities.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and manage team members and get the best productivity from them.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Analyze business reports and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Identify growth opportunities and support business expansion initiatives.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and operational planning.
- Resolve operational challenges and ensure high standards of customer and patient satisfaction.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Marketing, IT, and other support functions to achieve organizational objectives.
- Travel regularly to identify and visit referring doctors and other (govt & private) institutions for corporate tie-ups and to conduct medical camps.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
