This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to play a key role in building a high-quality pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting. Working closely with a UK-based sales team, you will identify, engage, and qualify prospective customers while helping accelerate business growth through meaningful conversations with senior technical decision-makers. The role combines personalized outreach, account research, and data-driven sales execution in a team-oriented, remote-first environment. Accountabilities
- Execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns through LinkedIn and other sales engagement channels to connect with CTOs, Heads of Engineering, and other senior decision-makers.




- Research target accounts, identify qualified prospects, and build a strong sales pipeline by securing high-quality meetings for the Account Executive team.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop account strategies, personalize messaging, and ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities.
- Conduct initial qualification conversations using MEDDPICC principles to assess customer needs, business challenges, and sales readiness.
- Consistently achieve outreach, engagement, and meeting generation targets while maintaining high standards of personalization and prospect experience.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, manage outbound campaigns using modern sales engagement platforms, and ensure excellent data quality.
- Continuously test, analyze, and optimize messaging, sequences, and outreach strategies to improve response rates and conversion performance.
