Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our HVAC team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, preparing quotations, and promoting HVAC products and services. Fresh MBA graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
- Meet architects, consultants, builders, contractors, and corporate clients to promote HVAC solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify customer requirements and industry trends.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, networking, and field visits.




- Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
- Follow up with clients for inquiries, negotiations, and order closures.
- Coordinate with estimation, design, and project teams for technical support.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and promotional activities.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems (training will be provided for freshers).
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
