Project Management, Planning and developing the project idea.
Coordinates meetings, project teams, and give training to engineering work group.
Preventive Maintenance of premises and equipment & Utilities.
Validation and qualification of equipment and facilities & Utilities.
Management of the calibration programme carried out by outside agencies.
Control and operation of site services (including Water, Compressed Air and HVAC systems).
Control of engineering spares/ equipment spares and Breakdown maintenance.
Control and storage of engineering records.
Organizing Periodic Pest Control activity , Maintenanc of Fire Extinguisher from outside agencies.
Providing guidance for the administrative and technical aspects of entire project.
Identify and resolve issues that arise.




Train and lead others to perform preventive maintenance functions maintaining standards.
Follow and promote policy and procedure regarding the performance and behavior of engineering employees.
Adhere to health & safety regulation , fire prevention programs and train employees as required.
Participate in budget preparation & cost analysis.
Assist with project management of all related building changes & expansions, including any modifications / improvements to building system.
Any other Job allotted by management.
