Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Civil Engineer / Architect cum Project Manager
to oversee infrastructure and construction projects from planning through execution and completion. The ideal candidate should have experience in civil construction, architectural coordination, project planning, stakeholder management, and site supervision. The role requires robust leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of infrastructure and building construction projects.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and government authorities.
- Prepare project schedules, execution plans, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and project specifications.




- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
- Review architectural, structural, and engineering drawings for accuracy and constructability.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, statutory regulations, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Manage project documentation, progress reports, BOQs, estimates, billing, and contract administration.
- Monitor project costs and recommend cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Supervise contractors and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
