Position

Emotional Support Listener – Voice & Chat Support

Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month
- Performance Incentives: Up to ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month
- Overnight Shift Allowance: ₹150 per hour (for applicable overnight shifts)

Work Schedule
- Regular Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- A minimum of 6 hours of voice support is required each working day.
- Overnight shifts may be assigned based on business requirements and will be compensated accordingly.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates from any discipline are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with backgrounds in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, Mental Health, or related fields will be given preference.
- Prior experience in Customer Support,



Customer Service, Emotional Support, Counselling, Client Relations, or Customer Success is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in any language is welcome.

Training

A comprehensive 7-day training program will be provided before onboarding to prepare you for the role.
