To visit a branch once in a week

To devote one full day at each branch he/she visits

To decide the guidelines for his/her visit related specifics

To do capacity building of BH and EDO

To ensure 100% timely center meetings by EDOs

To maintain nil vault a/c

To plug the gaps in implementation and ensure full process compliance at branches
