Role Description
The Human Resources Specialist – D2C/FMCG will manage day-to-day HR operations for on-site teams at Fitspire’s Delhi location in a full-time capacity. This role includes administering HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management across departments, with a focus on D2C and FMCG business needs. The specialist will handle recruitment and onboarding, maintain employee records, and support performance management and employee engagement initiatives. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with labor regulations, coordinating training programs, and partnering with management to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with the company’s health and wellness values.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management within D2C and/or FMCG environments.




- Robust knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration, including compliance with local labor laws.
- Experience in Personnel Management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance support, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate documentation, and use HRIS or related HR software tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Previous experience in a health, wellness, or consumer products company is preferred.
