Roles and Responsibility
- Operate and maintain heart-lung machines for cardiac surgeries.
- Provide protected perfusion management during cardiac procedures.
- Collaborate with surgeons and other medical professionals to ensure successful patient outcomes.
- Monitor and adjust the performance of the heart-lung machine to meet patient needs.
- Develop and implement protocols for perfusion management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
Job Requirements
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical perfusion, preferably in cardiothoracic and vascular surgery.
- Strong knowledge of perfusion management principles and practices.
- Experience with heart-lung machines and their operation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
