Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret architectural, structural, and construction drawings accurately.
- Prepare and modify site execution drawings as per project requirements.
- Take site measurements and prepare quantity estimates.
- Monitor day-to-day construction activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and site teams.
- Verify measurements for billing and contractor payments.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain project progress reports.
- Identify and resolve technical issues at the construction site.

Requirements:
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in construction or real estate projects.




- Strong knowledge of drawing reading and preparation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Ability to take accurate site measurements and prepare quantity calculations.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation and billing measurements.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in residential and commercial projects.
- Understanding of construction materials and site execution.
- Ability to handle multiple site activities independently.

Pay: ₹10,754.53 - ₹20,000.00 per month
