Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Performance Marketing Manager role based in Kochi. The Performance Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across channels such as search, social media, display, and affiliates to drive learner acquisition and engagement. The role involves managing campaign budgets, tracking key performance indicators, analyzing data, and generating insights to improve return on investment. The individual will collaborate with content, product, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals,



and will oversee testing strategies including A/B experiments to refine messaging and targeting. Daily responsibilities also include reporting on campaign performance, managing external vendors or agencies as needed, and staying current with digital marketing trends relevant to the education sector.

Qualifications
- Strong experience in performance marketing, including managing paid search, paid social, and other digital acquisition channels.
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards) and the ability to interpret data to make decisions.
- Demonstrated skills in campaign planning, budget management, and optimizing for conversion and ROI.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as content, product, and sales to align marketing initiatives.
