Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech (EEE/ECE) / Diploma / ITI (Electrical/Electronics)
- Relevant technical certification will be an added advantage.

Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing production environment.
- Experience in Supervisor / Team Lead roles is mandatory.
- Exposure to manpower handling and shift management.
- Experience in production target monitoring and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Lead and manage a team of operators/technicians.
- Monitor production targets, quality, and productivity.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime.




- Ensure adherence to safety and company standards.

Skills Required
- Solid leadership and team management skills.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of production processes and electrical systems.
- Ability to prepare shift reports and production updates.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
