About the Role:
We are looking for Business Development & Sales Executives to join our growing team in Aligarh.
Selected candidates will work across our ventures:

– IT Services, Digital Marketing, Franchise Development, and Business Solutions
This is not a lead generation role. We generate leads through our own channels. Your responsibility will be to understand client requirements, build relationships, present solutions, and convert opportunities into business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interact with prospective clients and understand their requirements
• Present relevant solutions and services
• Follow up with qualified leads
• Maintain client records and sales activities
• Coordinate with internal teams during the sales process
• Manage sales pipelines and business opportunities • Build long-term client relationships
Requirements:
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Prior experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition, or related roles will be an advantage
• Positive verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable interacting with different types of clients
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Basic understanding of business tools and technology
• Self-motivated with a willingness to take ownership and achieve targets
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with CRM software
• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Google Workspace
• Canva or presentation tools
• Sales reporting and follow-ups
Location Preference:
Candidates from Aligarh and nearby cities will be preferred. Applicants should be comfortable visiting the office and attending client meetings when required.
