We are looking for an experienced GeM Bid Executive to manage end-to-end bidding activities on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The ideal candidate should have prior hands-on experience in identifying relevant bids, preparing documentation, submitting bids, participating in reverse auctions, and coordinating until the completion of the procurement process.
This role requires strong knowledge of GeM procedures, government procurement, and tender documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant bids on the GeM portal on a daily basis.
- Analyze bid eligibility criteria and prepare bid qualification summaries.
- Prepare and upload technical and financial bid documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to obtain quotations, compliance documents, certifications, and approvals.
- Submit bids within deadlines while ensuring complete compliance.
- Participate in Reverse Auctions (RA) and monitor bid status.
- Manage OEM authorizations, MAFs, product catalogues,
and compliance documentation.
- Track ongoing bids and communicate updates to management.
- Coordinate with government departments regarding bid clarifications and post-bid requirements.
- Maintain records of submitted bids, awarded tenders, and supporting documentation.
- Stay updated with GeM policies, procurement guidelines, and portal updates.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience in GeM bidding and government procurement.
- Proven experience in successfully submitting bids on the GeM portal.
- Good understanding of technical and financial bid preparation.
- Experience with Reverse Auctions (RA), BOQs, bid compliance, and tender documentation.
- Robust knowledge of GeM portal operations and procurement processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Telugu are preferred.
