Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical qualified to
join our Actuarial team . The incumbent will be responsible for pricing
various verticals of Group Health Insurance business, analyzing claims
experience, evaluating risk profiles, and developing frameworks to ease BAU
processes.

Key
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate
and price Group Health Insurance opportunities in line with company
underwriting and profitability guidelines.
- Build
processes for monitoring experience and analyzing areas of improvement.
- Develop
GLM frameworks and methodologies to set rating benchmarks.
- Develop
framework and SOPs for upcoming niche lines of business.

Required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's
degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Engineering,
Commerce, or a related quantitative discipline.
- 2?3




years of experience in Health Insurance Pricing, Underwriting Analytics, or
Actuarial functions.
- Experience
in pricing Group Mediclaim and corporate health insurance products preferred.
- Cleared
2+ actuarial exams from IAI/IFOA.

Desired Skills:
- Strong analytical and
problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel
(advanced functions, VBA).

Working
knowledge of SQL, Power BI, SAS, R, or Python will be an added advantage.
