Responsibilities (KRAs / deliverables/job expectations)
- Prepare, review, and post journal entries accurately and on schedule. Ensure all transactions are properly coded and classified.
- Assist with the full cycle of the month-end close, including the preparation of accruals, amortizations, and reclassifications.
- Prepare and analyze monthly balance sheet reconciliations, including resolution of outstanding items.
- Assist in coordination of the internal and external audit process
- Support the accounting team with miscellaneous projects and process improvements.
- Respond to a variety of ad hoc initiatives, analysis, special projects as they arise.
- Assist the FP&A; team with monthly variance analysis, rolling forecasts to ensure accurate management reporting.
- Other duties as assigned.

Critical Success Factors (critical/high-impact aspects of the role)
- Knowledge of accounting principles,



indirect taxes accounting standards, direct and indirect taxes.
- Knowledge of Inventory accounting, Customs duty, Imports and Exports.
- Ability to pay attention to the details.
- Ability to be organized and meet deadlines.
- Communicating effectively with internal & external stakeholders Flexible and cooperative approach to achieve team’s goals.

Academic qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field

Experience (exposure)
- 2+ years of experience in an accounting role. .
