At *Matrix Energy Distribution Pvt Ltd*., we are dedicated to providing seamless fuel and lubricant distribution solutions across our network. We are now seeking an energetic, experienced, and highly capable Operations Manager to oversee our depot operations, fuel logistics, commercial sales teams, procurement, and financial monitoring.
Role Overview
The Operations Manager will combine operational, strategic, and financial oversight. You will lead the day-to-day management of fuel (HSD) and lubricant sales, tanker fleet logistics, procurement, and accounts monitoring, ensuring maximum profitability, smooth customer retention, and strict operational compliance.
What You'll Do:
- Manage day-to-day purchases and sales of HSD, Fuel & Lubricant, and IDOIL at the depot
- Oversee stock reconciliation, tanker fleet maintenance, and enforce safety SOPs during decantation
- Ensure full transaction and payment settlement with proper GRN recording




- Maintain consistent engagement with existing HSD customers to secure repeat orders
- Lead, motivate, and direct the sales force through regular work reviews and joint market visits
- Assess market trends, evaluate competitor schemes, and oversee gift/incentive distribution programs
- Handle procurement by raising indents into the SAP system
- Analyze fund values, cash flows, and working capital to optimize purchasing indents
- Manage tanker placement and scheduling for loading at refineries and oil company terminals
- Coordinate transport logistics from refinery to terminal, and from terminal to end-user premises
- Monitor road transit using real-time GPS tracking and regular driver communication
- Conduct fortnightly internal reviews of the Accounts Department for financial accuracy
- Apply strong knowledge of Tally ERP and stay updated on GST and income tax rules
