Role & responsibilities
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Manage day-to-day store operations while ensuring compliance with company SOPs.
- Lead, motivate, train, and develop the store team to achieve operational excellence.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Monitor store KPIs, productivity, conversion, ATV, UPT, and overall business performance.
- Ensure proper inventory management, stock replenishment, stock audits, and shrinkage control.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards as per company guidelines.
- Supervise cash management, billing operations, and banking procedures.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and statutory compliance.




- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the corporate office.
- Coordinate with HR, Operations, and Supply Chain teams for smooth store functioning.
- Build a positive work culture and maintain employee discipline.

Having experience in Apparel industry (Value Retail Format)

Ready to relocate anywhere within West Bengal or Odisha
