About the Role

Meritza Classes is hiring passionate Computer Science mentors from India's premier institutes to provide one-on-one online mentoring sessions to school and college students. If you enjoy teaching, mentoring, and simplifying complex concepts, we'd love to have you on board.

Eligibility Criteria
- Current student or alumnus of
IIT Delhi
or
IIT Bombay
- Pursuing or completed
B.Tech, M.Tech, MS, or Ph.D. in Computer Science Engineering (CSE)
- Solid academic background in Computer Science
- Excellent communication skills in English or Hinglish
- Reliable internet connection and laptop/desktop for conducting online sessions

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one online mentoring and tutoring sessions.
- Explain concepts in a clear, engaging,



and student-friendly manner.
- Help students solve doubts and strengthen fundamentals.
- Prepare for each scheduled session and maintain professionalism.
- Encourage students through personalized academic guidance.
