We are seeking a creative and organised Creative Content & Production Manager to build a consistent, high-quality social content presence for Evitova Lab, currently in its pre-launch stage.

This role is for someone who can take founder-led brand direction and turn it into a practical content plan, coordinate the required people and production, and ensure that ready-to-publish assets are delivered on time.

This is a social-first visual-content role focused on Reels, UGC, shoots, and creator collaborations—not SEO, blog writing, or paid advertising.

Key responsibilities
- Plan a monthly content calendar around products, launches, and brand priorities.
- Create content ideas, briefs, scripts, captions, and shoot plans.
- Coordinate creators, photographers, videographers, editors, designers, and other vendors when needed.
- Manage content production from idea to final, ready-to-publish assets.
- Maintain quality and brand consistency across all content.




- Track content performance and improve future plans based on results.

What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in content production, creative production, or a similar content-led role.
- Beauty, lifestyle, fashion, wellness, or D2C experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, short-form video, UGC, and creator content.
- Able to plan content, write explicit briefs, and coordinate creators/vendors.
- Robust visual sense, writing, organisation, and ownership.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving early-stage brand and using content metrics to improve results.
- Based in Mumbai.
