About the Role

At BigFM, we are building a next-generation media super-app that unifies video, audio, radio, micro-drama, news, and commerce onto a single platform. We are hiring a Frontend Architect to own the technical architecture and long-term technical vision for our entire frontend and mobile surface — spanning our React Native consumer application, admin portals, CMS, and unified design system.

This is a foundational, individual-contributor (IC) technical leadership role. You will define how a single codebase and design system scales across six content and commerce verticals, setting the architectural guardrails that our Frontend Engineering team will build against.

Key Responsibilities
- Architecture Ownership:



Define and own the end-to-end frontend and mobile technical architecture across the React Native app, Admin Portal, CMS, and internal tooling.
- Design System & Scalability: Establish and evolve the shared Design System and component library used consistently across all frontend surfaces.
- Technical Standards: Set code quality bars, architectural guardrails, module boundaries, and engineering best practices for the team.
- Core Technology Decisions: Drive foundational choices around state management, navigation, build/release pipelines, and cross-platform performance to keep engineers interchangeable across mobile, web, and admin surfaces.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Backend Architect and Platform Engineers to define clean API contracts (REST/GraphQL) and integration patterns.
