Role & responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various IT roles
- Source potential candidates using job portals,social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.
- Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and timely information.
- Build a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Preferred candidate profile
- 0.6 to 5 years of experience into Technical Recruitment
- B.E/B.Tech or any recognized graduate degree
- Excellent communication skills
