- Deliver the 100 % output daily, by adhering to the SOP WI.
- Troubleshoot the problems related to Machine, Fixtures, Tools Part.
- Part programming recoganition for recepective parts, Setup change for current components
- Ability to operate Multimachine
- Multiskill to operate different machines based on the requirement
- Maintain work area with house in order - in? way of TQM
- Participate in Kaizen, QCC, SIT, CFT to solve the problem
- Work for the LCA to avoid the additional manpower (Deburring, Measuring Material Handling)
- Develope the shop made fixtures for parts handling Inspection,simple process
- To give On the Job training to new trainees
- Maintain the safety procedures
- Maintain the DSM, Logsheet, CLIR, Q Chart in his machines
- Ensure the availability and readyness of tools,
fixtures Raw materials in advance to improve the efficiency
- Understanding the part drawings and CMM reports
- Do instruments calibration on time
- Do self inspection as per SOP
- Adherence to job card booking
- Involved in development activity such as error profing fixtures,process and method improvement
- Identifiy scope of CTR,STR and allowance reduction
- Maintain the tool and breakdown history management systemD
