Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Data Engineer Lead to drive legacy data pipeline modernization. You will lead technical delivery using Databricks, dbt, Python, and SQL while guiding cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-performance data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical teams in modernizing and migrating legacy data pipelines.

Design and build robust data pipelines using Databricks, dbt, Python, and SQL.

Optimize query performance and platform data architecture.

Collaborate with domain stakeholders to ensure data alignment (Healthcare domain experience preferred).





Required Skills

8–10 years of overall Data Engineering experience with proven leadership capability.

Deep expertise in Databricks, dbt, Python, and SQL.

Hands-on experience modernizing legacy data architectures.

Healthcare domain exposure is a solid plus.

Mandatory UAN / PF verification readiness (Rigid BGV).
