Whizz HR is hiring for Client Servicing Executive / Brand Executive for a leading advertising agency in Gurugram

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Servicing Executive to manage client relationships, understand client requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely delivery of services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills

.Key Responsibilitie
- sAct as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- .Build and maintain solid, long-term client relationships
- .Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams
- .Coordinate with sales, operations, design, and other departments to ensure timely project execution
- .Handle client queries, complaints, and escalations professionally
- .Monitor project timelines and provide regular status updates to clients
- .Prepare proposals, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes
- .Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services




- .Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- .Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention

.Required Qualification
- sBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- .1–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, customer success, or a similar role
- .Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered

- .Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
