Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications on the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud platforms.
- Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Apex.
- Build responsive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.
- Configure Salesforce features including Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Workflow Rules.
- Develop REST and SOAP API integrations with external applications.
- Integrate Salesforce with ERP, payment gateways, marketing platforms, and third-party applications.
- Design and implement custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and permission sets.
- Optimize Salesforce application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Write unit tests and ensure compliance with Salesforce deployment standards.
- Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce best practices.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Administrators, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders.
- Support CI/CD implementation and deployment automation.
