Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand the aftermarket dealer network.
- Build and maintain solid dealer relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and monitor dealer performance.
- Prepare MIS reports and analyze sales data.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely order execution.
- Conduct dealer visits and market analysis.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/MBA (Marketing preferred).
- Experience in Dealer Management/Channel Sales/Aftermarket.
- Automotive industry experience preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and MS Excel skills.
- Willing to travel.
