About the Role

We are seeking a
GCC Operations Manager (Freelancer)
to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on Global Capability Center (GCC) operations, shared services, delivery management, operational excellence, workforce planning, process optimization, and AI-generated business content evaluation.

In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated operating models, service delivery frameworks, governance documentation, workforce strategies, performance dashboards, transition plans, and operational recommendations.



Your expertise will help improve AI systems designed for enterprise operations, GCC transformation, shared services, and global delivery management.

This position is ideal for professionals with experience managing Global Capability Centers (GCCs), Global Business Services (GBS), Shared Services, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), IT Services, Operations Management, or Enterprise Delivery.

Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated operating models, governance frameworks, transition plans, service catalogs, organizational structures, KPI dashboards, and performance reports.
- Evaluate GCC operations involving finance, HR, procurement, IT, customer support, analytics, engineering, legal operations, and business support functions.
- Verify AI-generated recommendations for workforce optimization, operating model design, capacity planning, location strategy, automation, and continuous improvement.
