Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Client Relationship Management or Operations will be an added advantage

Job Summary

The Client Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring timely delivery of services, maintaining high-quality standards, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client expectations. The role requires excellent communication, operational management, problem-solving, and leadership skills to ensure client satisfaction and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end client engagement and serve as the primary point of contact for all client communications.
- Understand client requirements and ensure accurate execution of deliverables as per agreed timelines.
- Prepare, review, amend, and share reports with clients while maintaining quality and confidentiality.
- Raise invoices, monitor billing cycles, and follow up with clients to ensure timely payment collections.




- Track and ensure adherence to Turnaround Time (TAT) for all assigned client deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain consolidated status reports and provide periodic updates to management and clients.
- Conduct quality checks on completed reports to ensure compliance with client expectations and internal quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and timely issue resolution.
- Train, guide, and motivate team members to improve productivity, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Handle the first level of operational escalations from Team Leaders and resolve client or process-related issues effectively.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by providing proactive support and exceptional customer service.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
