Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Junior Project Manager – O&M; to support the execution,



monitoring, and management of drinking water projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in O&M; activities, team coordination, client interaction, and ensuring uninterrupted operations while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day O&M; activities across assigned project sites.
- Coordinate with site engineers, operators, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project performance, KPIs, and service-level compliance.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is executed on schedule.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
- Coordinate with clients and government authorities for operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory regulations.
- Track project budgets, resource utilization, and operational efficiency.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical risks when necessary.
