Job Summary
- The Senior Service / Installation Engineer is responsible for the installation, configuration, commissioning, testing, servicing, and maintenance of premium Home Theater, Home Automation, Audio Visual, Networking, Security, and Smart Home systems.
- The role includes supervising installation teams, troubleshooting complex technical issues, ensuring high-quality project execution, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- The ideal candidate should have solid technical expertise in AV integration, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to lead projects from installation through customer handover and after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities
- Installation Project Execution
- Execute complete installation of Home Theater, Home Automation, Audio Visual, CCTV, Networking, Lighting Control, and Smart Home systems.
- Interpret architectural drawings, AV schematics, wiring diagrams, and rack layouts.
- Install equipment racks, speakers, displays, projectors, screens, amplifiers, AV receivers, structured cabling, and network devices.




- Ensure neat cable management, proper labeling, and adherence to company installation standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, programmers, and contractors for smooth project execution.
- Monitor installation progress and ensure timely project completion.
- System Configuration Commissioning
- Configure AV receivers, amplifiers, projectors, media players, network switches, Wi-Fi systems, and automation controllers.
- Perform functional testing of integrated systems before customer handover.
- Verify interoperability between Audio, Video, Automation, Security, and Networking systems.
- Assist the AV Calibration Engineer during system tuning and final commissioning.
- Conduct quality assurance checks and prepare systems for customer acceptance.
