About the department
The GSC&BD; GBS unit is in Bengaluru, India, with our headquarters in Denmark. We are focused on consolidating supply chain activities and driving performance improvement. As part of the Global Operational Planning team, our role involves continuous improvement of our operational planning processes and systems to ensure a balanced supply plan on a global scale. The atmosphere is dynamic and collaborative, with a robust emphasis on teamwork.

The position
As a Supply Chain Project Manager within Global Operational Planning (GOP) Bangalore,



you will lead and deliver a portfolio of projects and initiatives that shape how we plan and supply medicines on a global scale. You will partner with stakeholders across functions and geographies to translate strategic priorities into well-executed programmes with measurable outcomes.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading assigned projects end-to-end from initiation through to closure ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within scope and to the defined quality bar
- Developing detailed project plans, milestones, timelines and resource requirements, and coordinating workstreams and dependencies to ensure timely delivery
- Analysing existing GOP processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities, then designing and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency, quality and consistency
- Engaging senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners to secure alignment, resolve blockers and build suppor
