Key Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming and outgoing mechanical seals, hydraulic components, and pump parts to ensure quality standards.
- Perform dimensional and visual inspections as per engineering drawings and specifications.
- Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with production and procurement teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Support root cause analysis for product rejections and implement corrective actions.
✅ Required Skills
- Knowledge of mechanical seals and hydraulic systems.
- Hands-on experience using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Gauges.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Preferred Candidate
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in Quality Inspection/Quality Control within manufacturing or engineering industries.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
