About the Role:

Aniheal Clinical Centre is looking for a warm, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for pet owners and their pets. The ideal candidate should have a genuine love for animals and prior experience in the pet industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist pet owners at the front desk in a courteous and skilled manner.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for consultations, procedures, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate patient (pet) records and update the clinic management system.
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate staff members.
- Coordinate with veterinarians and support staff to manage daily patient flow.
- Prepare invoices, collect payments, and maintain basic billing records.




- Manage front-desk supply inventory and coordinate restocking when required.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Assist with administrative tasks as assigned by clinic management.

Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or above.
- Prior experience in the pet industry is mandatory (veterinary clinic, pet store, pet grooming, boarding facility, or similar).
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office, email, and scheduling software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Pleasant personality with genuine comfort around animals.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
