- Follow up with mechanical vendors on purchase orders, production status, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor the progress of fabrication, machining, and material supply.
- Coordinate with the procurement, production, quality, and logistics teams.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials to meet project requirements.
- Resolve vendor-related issues such as delivery delays, shortages, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, delivery status, and vendor communications.
- Verify vendor documents, including invoices, test certificates, and dispatch documents.
- Prepare daily and weekly vendor follow-up and material status reports.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
