Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Growth Campaigns

▸ Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.
▸ Manage media budgets efficiently, ensuring spend is allocated to the highest-performing channels, audiences, and creatives.
▸ Lead audience segmentation, bid strategy, ad copy testing, and landing page alignment for maximum conversion.




▸ Conduct rigorous A/B and multivariate testing on ad creatives, messaging, and targeting parameters.
▸ Monitor and report all campaign KPIs on a weekly and monthly cadence.
▸ Partner with creative teams to develop high-performing ad assets aligned with campaign objectives.

2. Organic Growth & SEO

▸ Own the organic search strategy, including technical SEO audits, on-page optimisation, and link-building initiatives.
▸ Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with SEO priorities and audience intent.
▸ Collaborate with content writers and designers to produce SEO-optimised blogs, landing pages, and pillar content.
▸ Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic trends, and domain authority metrics using tools like SEMrush and Google Search Console.

3. Campaign Strategy & Planning

▸ Develop integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
