About the role

To provide support excellence, service availability, performance, stability and continuous improvement of Woolworths enterprise network. This role acts as the operational authority across internal teams and managed service partners to ensure a resilient, secure and high-performing network environment.

What you’ll do

Network Operations Ownership
- Own day-to-day operational performance of the enterprise network across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, wireless and network security services.
- Lead and coordinate response to major incidents, ensuring timely restoration, explicit communications and effective escalation.
- Drive problem management, root cause analysis and preventative actions to reduce repeat incidents and improve stability.




- Provide on-call support as required and support war room activities during critical events.

Vendor & Service Management
- Act as the operational escalation point for managed service providers and technology partners.
- Hold partners accountable for service delivery, SLAs, quality outcomes and remediation actions.
- Monitor vendor performance, identify gaps and drive corrective actions where service delivery falls short

Change Management & Process Enhancement
- Ensure strong operational governance across incident, problem, change and lifecycle management practices.
- Support the transition of projects and new services into operations, ensuring documentation, support models and operational readiness are in place.
- Develop, maintain and continuously improve network operational procedures, standards and tested configuration states.

Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with service owners, infrastructure teams, architects and leadership to align
