Role Description:-

Ujala Solar is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to spearhead our residential and commercial solar expansion. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our growth by capturing market share across government-backed initiatives - specifically the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana- as well as expanding our high-value private solar rooftop and commercial installation portfolios.

The ideal candidate possesses a solid background in renewable energy sales, excellent local networking abilities, and a deep understanding of subsidy frameworks and loan financing options for solar projects.

Key responsibilities:-

PM Surya Ghar Scheme Execution:

Drive end-to-end customer acquisition under the national rooftop solar scheme, guiding clients through registration, feasibility assessment, subsidy eligibility, and installation documentation.

Private Solar Sales:

Identify, pitch, and close residential, commercial, and industrial private solar sales leads, positioning Ujala Solar as a trusted quality provider.

Lead Generation & Outreach:





Conduct on-ground marketing campaigns, housing society meetings, local business networking, and follow-up on inbound digital and telephone inquiries.

Site Feasibility & Quotations:

Visit client sites for primary shading and roof analysis, prepare accurate techno-commercial proposals, cost-benefit analyses, and return-on-investment (ROI) models.

Customer Relationship Management:

Act as the primary liaison between the client and technical/installation teams from initial consultation through to commissioning and post-installation service support.

Target Achievement:

Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and conversion metrics.

Qualifications:-

Experience:

1 to 3 years of proven field sales experience, preferably within the solar energy sector, electrical equipment, or relevant clean-tech industries.

Domain Knowledge:

Familiarity with rooftop solar sys
