Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented ERP QA Analyst to perform comprehensive testing before the official release of our ERP software. The tester will ensure that all modules function correctly, workflows meet business requirements, and the software is free of critical bugs, providing a seamless experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities
● Conduct thorough pre-release testing of ERP modules, including Finance, Sales, Inventory, HR, and Manufacturing.
● Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support.
(end-to-end testing methodologies)
● Prepare detailed test cases, test plans, and test reports for management review.
● Document and report issues clearly using bug-tracking tools.
● Validate ERP workflows. Identify, log, track, and verify defects.
● Work closely with Functional Consultants and Developers to resolve issues.
● Validate bug fixes before deployment.
● Ensure application quality before production release.
● Participate in requirement analysis and review meetings.
Required Skills
● Valuable understanding of ERP systems and business workflows.
● Experience in Manual Testing.
● Experience in writing Test Cases and Test Scenarios.
● Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills
● Experience in ERP applications such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar ERP solutions.
● Develop and execute test plans and test cases for Odoo ERP system
● Person is capable to manage a team with 2/3 people
Qualification
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Experience
● QA Foundation: 2–4 years of proven experience in manual QA testing, preferably with ERP systems.
Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per year
